This Digital Distribution Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between
Tunetradr Records (“Tunetradr”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the artist,
label, or rights holder (“Artist”, “you”, “your”).

By purchasing a subscription plan, uploading content, or using Tunetradr Records’
services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

Tunetradr Records provides digital music distribution and monetization services, including:

  • Distribution to digital streaming and download platforms
  • Royalty collection and reporting
  • YouTube Content ID & monetization
  • Artist profile verification
  • Metadata management and corrections

2. Ownership of Content

You retain 100% ownership of your sound recordings, musical compositions, and artwork.
No copyright ownership is transferred to Tunetradr Records.

Tunetradr acts solely as a digital distributor and monetization service provider.

3. Grant of Rights

You grant Tunetradr Records a limited, exclusive license to:

  • Distribute your content digitally
  • Monetize your content
  • Collect royalties on your behalf
  • Provide reporting and analytics

This license applies only to the content submitted by you and only for the duration
of this Agreement.

4. Contract Term (5 Years)

This Agreement remains in force for five (5) years from the date your content is first distributed.
During this period, Tunetradr Records acts as the exclusive digital distributor for the submitted content.

The Agreement may be renewed by mutual written consent. After expiry, content may be
taken down upon request, subject to platform timelines.

5. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Monthly Plans

LAUNCH Plan
₹340 per month
Unlimited artists & releases
90% artist royalty share
Release time: 2–3 working days

PLUS Plan
₹750 per month
Unlimited artists & releases
95% artist royalty share
Release time: 1–2 working days

Yearly Plans (No Annual Renewal Fees)

LAUNCH – Yearly: ₹3,080 per year
PLUS – Yearly: ₹5,899 per year

Subscription fees are service charges only and do not affect royalty ownership.
Fees are non-refundable once content is delivered to platforms.

6. Revenue Share & Royalties

Launch Plan: 90% to Artist
Plus Plan: 95% to Artist

Royalties are calculated on net revenue actually received from platforms.
Tunetradr does not guarantee streams, revenue, or earnings.

7. Payments & Payouts

Minimum payout threshold:
₹1,000 for Indian bank accounts
$50 for international bank accounts

Payouts are processed within 7 working days after a valid withdrawal request.
Taxes, bank fees, and platform delays may apply.

8. Artist Responsibilities

You confirm that:

  • You own or control all rights to the content
  • Your content does not infringe third-party rights
  • Metadata and artwork are accurate
  • You handle all disputes or claims

Tunetradr may withhold or reclaim royalties in cases of fraud or violations.

9. Content Review & Rejection

Tunetradr Records may reject or remove content that:

  • Violates copyright or platform rules
  • Contains false or misleading metadata
  • Is involved in legal disputes

10. Takedowns & Early Termination

After 5 Years

Free takedown upon request. Processing time up to 72 hours, subject to platform delays.

Before 5 Years

Early takedown is not permitted by default.
If approved, a fee of ₹1,000 per song applies and must be paid in advance.

11. Limitation of Liability

Tunetradr does not guarantee playlisting or earnings.
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

12. Indemnity

You agree to protect Tunetradr Records from claims arising from copyright issues,
false ownership, or breach of this Agreement.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
Indian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
