How we protect honest artists, rights holders and the platforms — with zero tolerance for fraud.
Artificial streaming, payment fraud and impersonation are strictly prohibited. We use a strike system: early strikes mean content removal and warnings; a third strike means your account is blocked, your releases removed, and royalties held in escrow for up to 5 years to cover rights-holder and platform claims.
This Anti-Fraud Policy explains what Tunetradr Records Private Limited ("Tunetradr", "we", "us") treats as fraud, how we investigate it, and the consequences. It protects every honest artist, the rights holders we work with, and the stores that trust our deliveries. It works alongside our User Guidelines and Terms of Service.
Fraud harms genuine artists by distorting the platforms everyone shares. This Policy sets out our definitions, your responsibilities, our investigation process and the protections we apply for rights holders.
Confirmed serious fraud may result in immediate action without progressing through every strike.
Where an account is blocked for fraud, associated royalties may be held in escrow for up to 5 years. This allows time to settle DSP refund claims and to compensate legitimate rights holders before any funds are released.
To review a blocked account, we may require complete and accurate user information, a copy of a government-issued ID, and verified artist social-media profiles whose history supports the reported activity. Reinstatement is at our discretion based on this review.
If you believe your work has been infringed or you've spotted fraudulent activity, tell us. Use our infringement claim form for rights issues, or email the team directly. We investigate every credible report.
